Ok, so there are only two local rightmove.co.uk agents!
But we were number one for click through rate in KY13 with a branch average of 10.24%. (April 2009)
Regular readers will recall that anything over 7 % puts a branch in the top 25% so we are not surprised that we are doing so well against other local estate agents. See our blog for discussion on why this may be the case.
Click through rate is the percentage of people who go on to look at a property in detail after it has come up in a search. 10% means for example that one in ten people who see the fist picute and 300 characters look at the property in detail.
